Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
Once your order has shipped, it must be returned to us before a refund can be issued.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank)
Important Notes
- Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you purchase a subscription:
- You will receive recurring deliveries based on your selected plan
- Your payment method will be securely charged for each cycle
- Some subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.
